MaxiStep connects plain ended pipes across a wide range of outside diameters and materials, including steel, ductile iron, PVC, cast iron, GRP and asbestos cement. This versatility allows one fitting to replace multiple material-specific options, improving efficiency and reducing inventory complexity.

広公差設計

With up to 34 mm OD tolerance, MaxiStep simplifies installation and reduces the need for trial holes. The broad tolerance range also lowers stock requirements and increases turnover by covering more pipe scenarios with fewer sizes.

耐圧性能

MaxiStep couplings are tested to 29 bar (water), validating the working pressure of 16 bar (water) and 6 bar (gas), to ensure consistent sealing performance.

Pre-assembled gaskets with ‘slide-easy’ ribs reduce friction and maintain sealing pressure even on corroded or scored pipes. Captive non-rotating bolt heads allow installation with a single spanner and one standard torque. MaxiStep improves bolt access in narrow trenches.
