The QuickFit Flange Adaptor range is engineered to connect plain-ended pipes to flanged equipment. Supplied pre-assembled with close tolerance design, QuickFit allows rapid installation while maintaining reliable sealing performance for potable water, wastewater and industrial applications.
New Lay & High Pressure Applications
QuickFit Flange Adaptors are ideal for new lay installations and high-pressure applications. DN50–DN125 sizes are rated up to 46 bar, while DN150–DN300 sizes are rated up to 29 bar as standard, with higher pressure options available as fabricated specials.
Eenvoudig en veilig te monteren
Installation requires no specialist skills. One captive, non-rotating bolt size (19mm A/F) is used across the entire range, requiring only a single torque wrench, reducing installation time and simplifying tool requirements on site.
Hoogwaardige prestaties
QuickFit Flange Adaptors accommodate angular deflection of up to 3° and allow axial movement of up to 5mm, helping absorb ground settlement, thermal expansion and pipeline movement while maintaining joint integrity.

Flexibele flensboringen
Standaard zijn de flensadapters voorzien van meerdere boorgaten voor BS EN 1092-2 PN10 en 16. Flensboringen volgens andere normen zijn beschikbaar om aan de eisen ter plaatse te voldoen
Eindbelastingen kunnen gemakkelijk worden opgevangen
Dankzij de onopvallende eindring is er geen interferentie met de trekstangen die worden gebruikt om de flensadapter vast te zetten en zo eindbelastingen op te vangen.
Pakkingopties
Standaard worden EPDM-pakkingen geleverd die zijn goedgekeurd voor watertoepassingen; voor alternatieve toepassingen en omgevingen zijn ook nitril en speciale pakkingsmaterialen verkrijgbaar.
Eenvoudig te monteren
Eén maat niet-draaibare bout voor het gehele assortiment, waardoor voor de montage slechts één sleutel nodig is, en één aandraaimoment voor het gehele assortiment.
Ontworpen voor duurzaamheid
Alle metalen onderdelen zijn gecoat met Rilsan Nylon 11, wat zorgt voor uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid, bescherming tegen stoten en een lange levensduur. Moeren en bouten zijn voorzien van een Sheraplex-coating om vastlopen te voorkomen en herhaaldelijk hergebruik mogelijk te maken.
