EasiTee – RingSeal is designed for DN350–DN1200 pipelines. It incorporates a compression gasket that seals directly around the outlet cut into the host pipe. This configuration provides a reliable, pressure-tight interface without requiring full-circumference welding or heavy fittings. The design supports efficient installation and reduces overall system weight.
Application & Performance
The EasiTee – RingSeal system is optimised for steel and ductile iron pipelines, where its lighter construction and gasket-based sealing offer cost and handling advantages. It is also suitable for cast iron pipelines when the flanged outlet is less than 70% of the host pipe diameter. This ensures proper sealing performance while maintaining structural integrity.

EasiTee – RingSeal facilitates live mains tapping through the gate valve under pressure, in any weather which avoids any costly shutdowns. Installation requires no specialist tools just a torque wrench to verify correct bolt loading.

Corrosiebescherming

Het product is WRAS-gecertificeerd.
Eenvoudige constructie
De EasiTee – RingSeal is vervaardigd uit koolstofstaal en voorzien van een ronde pakking aan de onderkant van de aftakking, waardoor deze een lichter en kosteneffectief alternatief is voor de EasiTee – MattSeal.
Gebruiksvriendelijk
Bouten met Sheraplex-coating bieden een constante verhouding tussen aanhaalmoment en belasting, waardoor de veiligheidsfactor en de gevoeligheid voor installatiefouten worden verbeterd en het vastlopen van de coating in de schroefdraad wordt voorkomen.
