Flanged termination to thin-walled relining systems
LinerGrip is a flanged connection, specifically designed as a termination method for existing pipework systems that have been rehabilitated with a polyethylene liner. This is particularly important for thin-wall polyethylene pipes that rely on the strength of the host main for pressure retention.
Features & Benefits
€
Full range available DN100 (4") DN1200 (48")
Fitted with flanged end connection allowing connection to other flanged equipment and/or a flanged make-up piece between the two pipe ends in an insertion (entry/exit) pit.
€
Easy to fit
No special tools required for installation other than a torque wrench
€
Ideal for on-the-spot repairs
ANo need for fusion jointing equipment or solvent welding
€
Outstanding performance
Unparalleled long-term sealing performance
€
Unbeatable corrosion protection
In-built gripping arrangement prevents the polyethylene pipe from retracting into the host main, thus compromising the effectiveness of the lined section
Internal pipe liner support at the termination prevents damage due to the forces acting on the liner as it exits the host main
LinerGrip seals back onto the outside of the host main, which stabilises the entire fitting and prevents the ingress of ground water
€
Unbeatable corrosion protection
LinerGrip is coated in Rilsan Nylon 11 which makes it well equipped to withstand any transport, storage, site and corrosion damage
